Ever Been Told That You Look Like Someone Famous?
When I was younger (and clean-shaven) I often heard that I looked like Scott Baio. More recently I've been told that I look like Al Pacino and Dave Navarro.
I totally don't see any Dave Navarro resemblance, but I can sort of see it with Pacino. In particular, I can see it with how he looked in SERPICO.
So, how about you? Has anyone ever told you that you look like anyone famous? If so, who did they say you look like?

Old Friends/Keeping In Touch
Sometimes its hard to stay in touch with our old friends. We all get busy with our jobs, romantic relationships, and other things. Still, its important that we try to keep in touch with the people who mean the most to us.
Just yesterday I saw a very good friend of mine who I'd lost touch with. It was no one's fault that we lost touch; it just happened. Still, I regret all the lost time. We'd both missed out on some pretty major things in each other's lives during that time.
So, that's one of my new sort-of-goals: to keep in better contact with my friends, especially my older friends. Sure, things happen and we all get busy, but there should always be some time left for friends.

Remembering Don Knotts
As you all know, the great Don Knotts passed away last week.
In tribute to Don, the TV LAND channel is showing a 48 hour marathon of THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW and THREE'S COMPANY this weekend.
THE ANDY GRIFFITH SHOW has recently become one of my favorites. I watched the reruns some when I was a kid but I just sort of rediscovered the show this past year. What a great show! Besides being a decent "nice" show it's also hilarious. As for THREE'S COMPANY, it's always been one of my faves.
Do yourself a favor and turn on TV LAND this weekend. You'll see some great stuff!
